I thought it would be better to switch browsers to Firefox. I downloaded Firefox 3 and it is much faster than IE for surfing and switching between open browsers where you are actively surfing.
Firefox (Download Here) also blocks a few pop up windows from breaking out of frames while manually surfing. So far it has significantly speeded up my surfing, allowing me to spend less time surfing.
